Microphone level is stuck on 98, how do I fix this?

When I go to System>Sound>Sound Control Panel>Recording>FIFINE K670 (that's my mic)>Properties>Levels

I try to drag the switch but it stays stuck at 98. I can't type in the box to change the number either so my mic level is stuck, I just want to lower it.

Do you currently have a headset or microphone connected to your computer?

Yeah, I have my mic and headset both plugged in. I'm still able to use my mic and change settings but I can't change the level, its stuck at 98.
