Question Microsoft Office 2003 updating

I originally typed up my resume using Office 2003. If I buy Office 2013, 1016, 2019 will I have any trouble with the formatting?

Microsoft Office document formats are back-ward compatible. I have no problems opening these days documents created with Office 97.

Depends on how extensive you were with the formatting, but probably no issues.
