I have 4 RGB RAM sticks, one off them wasn't lighting, so I lightly pressed on it and then my computer instantly turned off. It didn't start again until I removed the RAM stick, and when testing with a known-good stick, my computer would start but the RAM would not show up..
I think I've fried the slot and the stick too... Is that what happened?

Unfortunately I'm tending to agree with you.

You never poke around in electronic devices when they are on unless you have a meter and are trying to get some readings. It possible that the ram that was not lit was not inserted properly and when you pushed it crossed some connectors shorting them frying the module and the slot. Where would " the RAM would not show up"?? Have you tried CPUz or Speccey? When you say "started" do you mean it booted and went into windows?
