[SOLVED] Minecraft getting crazy fps drops when I used to get 200 fps

So I hopped back on minecraft only to realize that when in game I get 50-40 fps and it drops every few seconds to 30 fps. I think this is unplayable.
Specs:
OS: Windows 10
CPU: i7 7700hq
GPU: NVIDIA 1050 ti
RAM: 16 gb
OS type: 64 bit

I have tried:
Reinstalling and configuring Java
Reinstalling MC
updating graphics drivers
Allocating more ram for the game.
and much more...

Monitor your thermals. You can use MSI Afterburner to monitor both your CPU and GPU temps.
