Question Minecraft Server Connection Issue

Hey there. Whenever I try to run a Minecraft server, my friends can no longer join. It worked just 2 weeks ago. My port forwarding and firewall settings are all working. When I use another Wi-Fi network, it works perfectly. Over on the network I usually use, I cannot join my friend's server either. I can only join big servers like Hypixel. When I use an external website like canyouseeme.org, it says it's open. I've called Xfinity support and all they do is hang up on me, not call me back, and tell me it's an issue with me.

We've also tried other peer-to-peer services, like PARSEC, and it doesn't work either. Therefore, it's not just Minecraft.

Can you guys help me?
