MINECRAFT STUTTERING PROBLEMS ON GTX 680?

Hi, how are you? fantastic. my gtx680 superclocked stutters when i play minecraft, sometimes i can see through the whole world, and chunks flash when i decide to climb a certain random stairway i built. I've tried the oldest tricks in the book, Under/overclocking, Installing Optifine, and Updating BIOS, sound and chipset drivers. I already allocated about 10 GB's of ram (LOL) to Java and still, it gets better, but no. Are there any settings in Control Panel that i can tweak or any other solutions that may have worked for you?

Got the latest video drivers installed?
Turned off adaptive Vsync?
Boosted the core voltage to the gpu?
some people say it happens at 62c, check your temps.
