how to bring back my old pc performa?

today, i was playing with MSI Center Features -> User Scenario

before:
before i made changes my fps is stable at 144fps

after:
when i playing game with normal place i got random fps down with <50% cpu and gpu
and when i play in quiet place i got 144fps with same resource usage

when first time i opened it the DRAM voltage was 1.3520
i have no idea if i have made change this to 1.3520v or not, when i asked my friend if this "correct value" they said my memory is 1.2v and 1.35v so i changed it to 1.2v

i used
- Apacer DDR4 Desktop Memory Module 2666Mhz 16GB
- VENGEANCE 16GB DDR4 3000MHz 16GB CMK32GX4M2B3000C15 -> i bought this 1 year after apacer without knowing the voltage different

my cpu-z report can be checked here:

Hey there,

The issue is that you have bought mismatched ram.

You should not mix a 2666mhz DIMM with a 3000mhz DIMM. This was the wrong thing to do.

The ram, will probably only run at the default base frequency of the slowest DIMM, but it also may cause you problems, which you have already.

In your case, take out the Apacer, and use only the 2x 8 kit of 3000 ram.

With an i5-10400F on a H510 motherboard the RAM never run faster than 2666 MT/s.
The RAM speed is not adjustable on a H510 motherboard. It can run JEDEC profiles and XMP profiles up to 2666. Since the Corsair 3000MT/s kit does not have a 2666 XMP profile, it runs at the highest JEDEC profile witch is 2133. You bought the wrong RAM for your system.
