Mixing and matching RAM? Anything to be worried about?

I get the timings must be the same, as of the voltage/speed? The ram I have is OEM stuff, I'll post the specs below but I think I have the right ram to use? My timings are 9-9-9-24.

Solution
Try installing the new stick, if it boots OKAY, go into BIOS and raise the DRAM voltage to 1.56 then try adding the older OEM stick and see if that helps - may also want to ensure you have the latest BIOS
