On my soyo p4rc400 can I put one 512mb pc3200 400mz chip with a 512mb
pc2700 333mz? Results??

Specifically I can't answer, but in general you can do this but the
machine will slow down to the 333mhz speed, the speed of the slowest
chip.

Yup. You won't be able to clock faster than the slowest DIMM. Best to get
another of what you have.

Sorry it's a Soyo P4RC350, but that shouldn't make a diff to the
question. When I put both in, the computer won't start. The screen is
a rolling series of white vertical dashes on a black screen. Is one
slot priority over the other and I should put the slower in one as
opposed to the other??

Put the slowest dimm in Slot 1.
