I would say the ML240R would be a better choice as it has a quieter pump but it does have a tiny bit lower air pressure and airflow (but that shouldn't affect performance at all)and it has a 2-year warranty. Idk about the Gammaxx L240 warranty as it isn't listed in their specs. Also Cooler Master is a better-known company in general so I would say the ML240R is better but if you really want to squeeze every piece of performance out of your CPU then go for the Gammaxx L240 as it has a tinny bitter of better airflow (as said before).
