Question MLC NAND with SLC Cache vs TLC NAND with DRAM SSD

Hi

i need to buy a 120gb ssd for laptop to install windows and apps on it, but i can't make a choice between Liteon MU 3 PH6 and Adata SU800.

Liteon MU 3 PH6 has 3D MLC NAND memory chips and features SLC caching, while Adata SU800 has 3D TLC NAND memory chips and it features intelligent SLC caching and a DRAM cache buffer at the same. so, which one is a better choice?

And i want to use an ORICO Hard Drive Caddy to replace either SSD or HDD with DVD Writer, so which one should go in Caddy and which one should be directly connected to mainboard?
