MM6-Can't Place Memory Crystals?

Hi,
Need help, I'm stuck in the Oracle of Enroth. I have all 4 memory
crystals, have placed 2 with no problems, but when I attempt to place
the last two they don't take. By that I mean instead of the crystal
suspending itself above the holder on the alter like the first two did,
these two (Alpha & Beta) sit on the alter but on their own holder, so
you have two holders now, but you know something is wrong because you
can remove these two (Alpha & Beta). You cannot remove either of the
first two.

I tried switching the Alpha and Beta but got the same results.
Also, for some reason I kept losing either the Alpha or Beta (can't
remember which)and had to see the Seer in Ironfist to get it back,
which I did several times?
Have no idea what that's about.

I'm near the end game and would appreciate any help so that I'm not
stuck here.

Hi it's Tucsonjim answering my own question. Problem fixed. I have no
idea why I couldn't place the last two crystals, but when I opened the
game the next day I had no trouble placing them??

Maybe a hiccup in the system? Don't know and at this point don't care.
I'm just happy to be able to continue on with the game!
