Question MOBO BIOS is setting infinity fabric to 2000mhz from auto

x670 Aorus Elite AX, Ryzen 7 7700x, RTX 3060, Gskill DDR5 6000mhz.
Every time I turn on XMP with no other changes in BIOS my pc works fine no crashes. Then next restart my BIOS changes infinity fabric to 2000mhz and blue screens occur along side game crashes. Is there anyway to stop this?
