Question Mobo doesn't turn off

Hello guys! I just upgraded my Mobo and CPU and since then my PC boots normally, I can play as long as I want but when I shut it down the Mobo stays on, and the fans are spinning! Most of the times it shuts down about 10 minutes later, other times I do a force shutdown... The weird thing is that windows are off, keyboards, mouse, screen all dead! Just the Mobo and the fans/CPU fan are on! Any ideas how to fix it?

Do the case fans stay on? If you mean MB LED's are illuminated, that is normal. If the case and CPU fans shut down, the MB also shut down.

Something doesn't make sense. When you power off so do the keyboard and mouse. That tells me the unit is shutdown motherboard and all. Maybe you have some FUBAR wiring. Somebody else may chime in with a different opinion/solution.
