Mobo with built-in ssd and linux

hi, i am thinking of building a system around the gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3-iSSD mobo. this has a built-in ssd: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3896&dl=#ov

can linux run on this or will it get confused by the ssd?
