Question MoCA adapter - how well does it work for PS5 and PC gaming?

My Son plans to build a high end pc for gaming and is currently using PS5 upstairs in his bedroom. I know hard-wired ethernet cabling is the best option but it might not be feasible to run one from downstairs. Then I found a thread from a few years ago about MoCA adapters being the closest thing to ethernet as it uses your coaxial cable. Need to know if this is a viable option for pc/ps5 gaming with low latency etc. If so, what do I need to get this working? Recommendations for a decent adapter?

First, you need to document the path(s) of your coax. Any splitters that are installed need to be MoCA compatible (2Ghz bidirectional).
After that you get a pair of adapters and have one at your primary router and one where you want remote connectivity.
