Modem driver

I'm trying to locate Win98 drivers for the Conexant HCF V.90 56K RTAD modem
(Dell part number 969NU). I can't seem to find them at the Dell site even
though this modem came with a Dell PC (Dimension L866r). Does anyone know
where I can download this driver? TIA.

Looks like Windows 98 has the drivers for that modem.

Is it a data/fax or speakerphone modem?
