Hello, a few weeks ago i plugged in my second old monitor, so i now have 2 monitors with 1080p and 60hz.
But now when i play a video(youtube and twitch) on my second monitor and i move a program on my first monitor it moves like on slow motion. It looks awful like i have under 30fps. For some reason my chrome dissapears in the background after i move a program in the circle on my first monitor and i can see my desktop on the second monitor and then suddenly all is smooth again. Same happens the moment i drag my chrome over to my first monitor. Everything is smooth then.
My CPU load is 30%
i have 16GB DDR4 Ram
GTX 1060 6gb (20% load)
Windows 7 64bit
I tried turning off hardware acceleration but it didn't improve anything.
Can anyone help me please?
