I recently purchased a Ryzen 7 5800 X CPU to replace my Ryzen 5 3600. After installing it, my monitor and keyboard didn't work when booting up the PC. The lights inside the PC work fine, but the PC is not working. I switched back to my old CPU and my PC works just fine again. I don't know what the issue is. Should I be downloading new drivers before the CPU swap?

Computer specs:

BIOS Version: American Megatrends Inc. F51, 7/29/2020
SMBIOS Version: 3.2
BIOS Mode: UEFI

Motherboard: B450 AORUS PRO WIFI
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600
Storage: Samsung SSD 980 Pro

Like Lutfij said, I would flash the BIOS. Usually this problem occurs when the BIOS does not support the CPU. After installing the BIOS update, make sure you reset the BIOS to factory defaults, and then try booting.

I doubt its the USB controller drivers in Windows, but if you'd like to update those too, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt.
