Question Monitor blacking out when alt+tab from games

My monitors are blacking out for 3 seconds when I alt+tab out of my games or use the windows key to minimise my games. Can someone help me it's really annoying! Thx

So set your games to wfullscreen boarded my bad????? Full screen it has to relearn everythi g that was in the background for a moment it was doing higher render for one task nkw is jumping straight to a new one it will do this

Nah, what you want is Windowed, No Borders. Then you can alt-tab quicker. It's gonna look like a fullscreen app but it's not.

Then you have something wrong because all mine are set to fullscreen borded to solve this

Windowed Borderless. If you have an app in Fullscreen mode, it will take longer to switch.
