Question Monitor Display Issue | Bad Display Port? | Pictures Below

Don't know what happened my other monitors are fine but my main is having issues I can't explain. The weird this is my Monitor settings menu doesn't do this. Any help with the image below would be much appreciated.

UPDATE: Changed display Port cable and it's still doing this.

Try going in to 3d settings for that monitor and set it to default settings see if it changes. Did you do anything with the monitor settings when this happened, or change drivers?
