Question Monitor glitch question

I have dual monitors and just recently I have been encountering a problem. I think it's when I only watch a video, any kind of video, it doesn't matter the source. The monitor will kind of "glitch" out and look like 8-bit garbage. You can see it here in the Pic. Restarting my pc always fixes it, but when I watch another video, at some point, it might be, 2 minutes, it might be 45 minutes, it happens again. It's a DisplayPort connection and only happens on this monitor, not my main. I'm not sure how to fix this, or what might be causing it. The monitor is always in its native resolution 2560x1440.

Any ideas?
