Question Monitor goes black

Whenever I launch a game my main monitor will go black (Dell S2719DGF) every now and then and it seems completely random, sometimes it'll do it numerous times within seconds and others seems its within minutes. I have a GTX 1080 Ti hooked up with two other monitors (Three in total, 1080P 60hz, 1080P 144hz and 1440P 144hz). Only my main 1440p monitor will do it. I can figure out why, I reinstalled GPU drivers, Windows 10 is up to date, brought the GPU OC down to stock clocks, factory resetted the monitor. I'm not sure why its doing it. The monitor is not losing power since I can still see the power button on it lit up. I even switched Display ports on the GPU.

it can probably be a manufacture defect
try contacting the manufacture
