Question Monitor goes off when VGA is connected

So i really dont know what else to do and i have Never seen anything like this tbh

My monitor displays the no signal image when the vga is disconnected but as soon as i plug the vga cable the monitor goes fully dark with an orange light

I have reseated the RAM i have removed the cmos battery still nothing

I then unplugged everything from the PC power cable the vga cable everything

The monitor started displaying the no signal image and i plugged the vga cable into the the desktop without the power cable connected

The second i plugged the vga the screen went all Black again and this really blew my mind away like what the actual fuck

I have removed the GPU and used the MB vga i have used a friends monitor everything no image gets displayed as soon as i plug the vga in and i really dont know what else to try..
