Question Monitor is displaying Black Spots and Colored Stripes ?

Hello, I went to turn on my monitor and out of nowhere this appeared: a black spot at the bottom, vertically colored stripes and also a bright spot with strong brightness at the bottom right.
The monitor did not suffer any damage. I just turned it off one day and when I turned it on again it was like this.
I cleaned the flat cable with rubber and anti-seize and nothing. In fact, it even got worse, because more stripes appeared.
Any solution for this case?
The computer is a Dell Optiplex 3030 A20 All In One.
The monitor display is an LG Lm195wd1
The flat cable is cn-00Rt13 70163

I cleaned the flat cable with rubber and anti-seize and nothing. In fact, it even got worse, because more stripes appeared.
Might want to include images, since I fear you've ruined the cable in the process.

Looks to me like you're out luck if the warranty on it is expired + you've tampered with the innards of the panel as well.
