Question Monitor not displaying after coming out of standby ?

My dual monitor setup is a Gear M2442P 165Hz and some random Dell office monitor.
The thing is, after my PC goes on standby the Gear monitor starts flashing the RGB colors, and after moving my mouse, it doesn't turn on again and disconnects leaving the Dell monitor as the main one. This also happens when i change resolutions ingame.

Then, after repluggin the Gear monitor, the screen never turns on and the signal light starts blinking, also Windows starts disconnecting and connecting the Gear monitor infinitely.

The only way I've found to fix it is to unplug the monitor for a whole day, it'll work next day, but will turn off whenever i do anything that makes the screen flash it seems.

Is this fixable or do I have to shell out some moolah on a new display?

Update: tried my workaround again today and it didn't work, hope is dwindling at this stage.

Yeah mb.

My pc is:

GTX 1660 super Colorful --> Gear monitor
Intel uhd 630 --> Dell monitor
Intel i5-9500
16 gb ram 2666 mhz dual channel
500 gb m.2

I've tried another DP cable as well as both HDMI ports, the same happens.
Also i've had both of these monitors for 2-3 years.
