Monitor Question( Acer S231HL )

Okay so i'm a little confused and I need some help. So i have a Acer S231HL, which I bought maybe a year or so ago, anyway im looking to buy another one cause i can now afford to have two monitors. So I was looking at the amazon website and I can't seem to find out the difference between these two monitors.

The top one has a 12,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio
and the bottom has a 100 million : 1 contrast ratio

I'm curious if those are both the same thing or if they are two different things and if they are how would I find out which monitor I currently have.

One is S231HL BID and one is S231HL BBID. Take a look on the monitor you have and see if it is BBID or BID. The BBID looks to be a refresh of the BID.
