Question monitor randomly shows no display

i have a 3080 that i have had for 4 years and it now randomly seems to disconnect sometimes once a day sometimes 2 times on 20 mins from monitor i can still hear in discord but the no display for monitor. monitor seems fine i can still to to monitor settings with remote but the only way to get my pc back on monitor is to turn it off and back on again. i dont konw the whole issue or what is the problerm those are my issues does anyone have any ideas. thanks

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Check your dispaly cable and GPU cable to make sure they are inserted properly. Make sure your GPU is slotted in firmly. You can also try a new dispaly cable or another input on the monitor.
