Question Monitor resets when alt tab

Hi, since the new nvidia updates when ever i alt tab or or try to open game (that was alt tabed out before ) my monitor resets. It did not happen on old geforce experience drivers... Ingame resolution 1280x1024 and desktop 1920x1080 both 144 hz and i know that might be the problem but before it never was therefore it bothers me ...also I turned g-sync off and it didn't change a thing .. thanks in advance, also I play in Fullscreen and i actually get delay if its fullscreen windowed ...

+ it doesn't happen every single time which is making it even harder for me to make conclusion what could the cause be and how to fix it
