Question Monitor turn off every few hour

It started from every few day now every few hour monitor turn off, just unplug power cord for a few minutes monitor can turn on again

so i disassemble monitor to see inside i dont see bad capacitor is it cause by bad ic power controller?
and i see pcb ground around something like a fuse is a bit burn , is it the culprit?

and i want to know what that thing inside red circle , is it fuse?

Its burnt. Looks like a bad solder joint too.
Don't fiddle around with it if you don't know what it is. Take it to the service center.
