So I recently moved my computer to a new house, but there's a problem. When I rebuild the pc again and try to power it on. All the fans are working, but my monitor shows the Asus logo then turns off and turns back on after 1-2 seconds repeatedly. I already tried reseating the ram again, but it didn't work.

This could be hint, I can see my keyboard lit up and then turns off, and then turns on again repeatedly too.

My GPU worked 3 days ago before I rebuild the pc again. I can see that the GPU fan is spinning. Tried to connect my monitor without the GPU, the same issue still happens.

Already tried to boot the PC with screwdriver too, so I doubt there's anything wrong with the case.

I don't hear any beep sounds btw.

Any idea what would cause this issue?

you state
When I rebuild the pc again
Please define what this means, because it could be as simple as cleaning/removing card and putting it back together or something else all together including removal/installing cpu again.

Keyboard light on/off a keyboard mean system is not booting at all, the flashing on monitor is probably a similar effect though I never seen a system perform this before.

If you take out the GPU from the computer and plug it in to the main board and your having the same issue I would suggest making sure your Ram stick are properly inserted in the slots and try again (i.e. take them all out and put them back in)

By rebuild the pc again, I mean I took off all the pc parts from the case.

I took off the power supply, ram, graphic card, harddisk, hsf cooler, and motherboard (as for the motherboard I left the processor there as is)

Then put it back together again.

then something is not properly connected, check all power cables, make sure you have the 24 pin and the 4/8 pin power connectors to motherboard inserted properly etc .

if you find nothing take the main board out of case and breadboard it to see if you get a result that way

were you discharging static regularly or using anti static band? some part could have static charge damaged.

oh just had another thought... did you connect the main power connector and the auxillary power connector?
