Question Monitor wont turn on

I found an older motherboard and graphics card and decided to put the into my comupter to see if they work but they did not the issue i was having was the monitor wouldnt turn on but the computer turns on and everything, well i changed back to my original motherboard cpu and graphics card

(Gigabye ga-78, gtx 1050ti msi, amd fx 4300)

And the problem has consisted through the hardware change if you can help in any way that would be extremely helpful

Update its not just my monitor my keyboard and mouse also act as if thepc isnt on they blink as if the pc is off like normal
