[SOLVED] Monitor works, but has a black screen ?

Hello,

Yesterday while i was just minding my business, my second monitor just stopped working. If i turn it off and on, it works for a second, but then shuts down turns off immediately.
I have tried replacing the power cable with a confirmed working one, in a socket that i know that works, but it still turned on for a second and then off.

Does anyone have any other solutions?

Have you tried plugging the monitor into the first monitors port? Try going to settings and see if turning down the brightness helps at all, if you can see the settings. If it helps at all your capacitors are going,or gone probably.

Thanks! I cant get into the settings of the monitor, at least i think so. I could try to in the few seconds that it works. Thanks for your help!
