more RAM

I currently have a mushkin ddr2 533mhz dual channel with a timing of 4-4-4-12 and overclocked to 600mhz....
Now my ??? is, is it possible for me to get another 1 gig (1 stick) of ram with dual channel ?
or should I get 2 stick of 512mb ram for dual channel?

P.S. Should I get the same timing (4-4-4-12) and voltage or it don't need to be the same

You haven't listed your system specs, but get 2 x 1 GB to add to your 2 x 512MB and populate all four slots with 3GB to run dual channel. Mixing and matching RAM manufacturers can be a grab bag of sorts. With luck, adding 2 x 1GB of unmatched (non Mushkin) 533mhz. to what you have will allow dual channel operation within your system. No guarantee though.
