Most suitable power supply?

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and would like to ask all you experts out there a simple question. I am a newbie and building my first rig.

My system specs are:
ASRock am3 880gm-le
AMD Phenom II x4 980
Sapphire Radeon HD 7950
750gb 7500rpm hard drive
8gb 1600 RAM
Antec Kuhler 620 Liquid Cooling
6 150mm fans

How many wattage would my power supply need? Can anyone please suggest me a reliable one?
