Mother board switching on and immediately switching off

Hello,
the above problem not came after removing the battery in the mother board.
mother board works normally without battery only if we put the battery it is not switching on

You must be putting the Battery on the Mobo the wrong way and shorting the contacts.
Put it the other way in. It will work.
