Mother board

im wanting to build a computer. im planning on getting the thuban 1100t 6core 3.3ghz cpu. and 8 gigs of probably ddr3 ram. only thing im really stuck on is the case, graphics card and defiantly the mother board. my friend recommended an asus mother board but i have no idea what i would need. i dont want to spend a crazy amount of money on this. please help if you can

How much do you want to spend?

I have no experience with AMD and I'm still in the process of building my first PC, but from the reviews, this is pretty good one for $130:
