Recently bought an AIO cooler cause things were running pretty hot. When I chose to install it, I removed the motherboard from the case and blew everything out with compressed air (because why not clean things up while you've got it apart, right?)

After some shuffling of fans around the case, I had the thing installed and ready to go. Plugged it in, flipped the PSU switch and the motherboard's RGB lights came on. But when I pressed the power button, I got nothing.

Things I've tried:
Jumping the pins of the power switch with a screwdriver
Pulling and replacing ram sticks.
Pulling and replacing the BIOS battery
Pulling the whole motherboard out, disconnecting everything, and connecting it to a backup PSU
(again, tried everything above with the new PSU)

I'm stumped! Anyone got any ideas?

ESD = ElectroStatic Discharge.

ESD is a likely cause of damage...but if the compressed air source was a typical shop air compressor (like that used to air up automobile tires) the pressure and volume can be way to high for blowing off delicate electronics. It's easily capable of dislodging a component lead or connection.

Look closely all around the board and inside the case for any loose or dislodged parts and connections. It might can be repaired by replacing a connection.
