Motherboard beeping installing 4gig ram

Hi, I have a gigabyte motherboard( ga p41t d3p) , when I install a 4 gig ram in it (KVR16LN11/4) it starts beeping forever! while the mother spec says it supports 8gig of ram.I'm sure the ram is ok cause it works on another system, so how can I fix this?

Intel G41 Express Chipset motherboards use low-density RAM. Most memory manufacturers have discontinued that kind of memory years ago. Kingston being one of them.
