Motherboard crash

hey recently i changing the thermal paste of mobo so suddenly reseat my cpu again start my pc and there will no display i think when i changing the thermal paste something copper pin like stick on my cpu but my processor still working c2d @2.93 ghz but my g41 ddr2 mobo will not support i think a pin of cpu chipset had brocken while when i changing
the thermal paste my motherboard still 3 years of warranty will asus replace it please help me out i m in deep trouble
