My pc was working all fine till the last night but it doesnt produce video output today. I noticed the DRAM led is lit on . I removed the cpu and installed it back and it seemed to work fine for a few hours but turning it off and then on caused the same issue again. The PC is nearly 3 months old and I made sure that none of the pins in the socket are bent. Checked the compatiability guide for ram and everything. Shutting down the PC everytime provokes this error
My PC:

i3-9100F
MSI B365 M PRO VDH
ASUS Geforce GT 710 1 GB GDDR5
HyperX fury 2666Mhz
seagate Barracuda 1TB
Gigabyte 450 watt 80+bronze psu

EDIT: Many people work at my place and many know to assemble a pc so I just feel sus of others

Solution
check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

reset the BIOS by jumper

update the BIOS version by m-flash within BIOS
