In that case i suggest either the B760M Aorus Elite AX DDR5 -

or the cheaper B760M DS3H DDR5 -

The Aorus is much much better.
I can try to help with the confusion between 14600K and 13700K.
Intel 13th generation processors are the 13400, 13500, 13600, 13700, etc.
The 14th generation processors are 14400, 14500, 14600, etc. etc.
You can see the pattern. The first two numbers tell you which generation processor you're looking at, and the other numbers show it's level of performance. Higher number, higher performance but also higher power requirements! This is why cheap motherboards are no good for powerfull processors.
In the US, the 13700K is only $25 more expensive than the 14600K, and it's more powerfull. However Indian prices are different.
The most cost effective processor that i can see is the 13600K. It is an excellent processor. For your work, a 13400 or 13500 would also be good. Normally they are cheaper but outside the US they are more rare. In Europe for example, the 13600K is more common and often cheaper.
So the best choice is the 13600K.
As for performance, the 14600K, is only very slightly more powerfull than a 13600K. It's not worth paying extra for the 14600K.
The letters K mean the processors is unlocked for overclocking, and that it doesn't come with a cooler. You don't have to overclock it. It will perform more or less the same as the non-K version of the same type.
There is little difference between the 13600 and the 13600K. In practise, the 13600K is more common and usually cheaper (although you have to also add the price of a cooler).
The letter F means the processor does not have any integrated graphics, which means you cannot use it without a GPU.
This variant is cheaper but it's not worth losing the integrated graphics. GPUs can fail or have problems. Or they are not detected properly in BIOS.
For this reason i have not suggested any F processors. GPU problems are common and not having any display is not worth saving a little bit of money buying a F processor.
To summarize, the 13600K sells for the best price and offers the most performance for the money.

The 13700K costs more, and even though it is more powerfull it really needs a more expensive motherboard. And it's not that much faster. Both will be good for Photoshop. The 13700K would be slightly faster, but the extra cost is very high.
