Question Motherboard gets hot PC won't turn on

2 days ago i was about to put another RAM but it did not work at the 1st slot
i opened CPU found thermal paste tried to clean it, it was below CPU!
so after cleaning it with bit of water, i let it dry and after that it worked for 30 minutes..
then it stopped working
PSU is fine
some place in the MB gets hot but it's not working no boot up nothing,
i dont have speakers cables so i don't know.....
what could be the issue?

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

Since you mentioned the first slot, please refer to the motherboard's PCB(inscription) or the motherboard's manual to identify which slots are which on said motherboard.

You might want to include images of that. Please pass on images of what you see on the CPU's socket(assuming you're working with a LGA and not PGA socket).

CPU: i3-10100f
CPU cooler: intel
Motherboard: gigabyte H410M H V2 (rev. 1.8)
Ram: 8gb
SSD: SP NVMe gen 3 256gb and 2 HDD
PSU: Aigo 500 watt
windows 10
i used 3 different monitors samsung, LG and local made one....
LGA 1200 socket...

i noticed some CPU pins was bent after cleaning....
PSU not spinning, i tried 2 others same thing...
