Question Motherboard or RAM issue ?

my mom's pc has got a hardware problem.
it's motherboard is Asus PRIME H310M-R R2.0.
This mother board just have 2 ram slots and i have two DDR4 hyperx 4GB rams.
Today my mom told me her computer has no image. I checked my mother's computer
First I took out two RAMs
Then I put the first RAM in slot oneThe computer is fixed
Then I put the second RAM in the first slot instead of the first one
The computer worked againThen I put both RAMs in the two available slots
The computer started and worked
But after a while the image disappeared
Then the system was restarted and the first picture of the motherboard was with the glitch
I'm wondering if one of the rams is the problem or the second motherboard slot is the problem?

According to the test, there may be one faulty RAM, you should try to start your mother's PC with one RAM and check that it is working and after that check the other one. If both work on their own that means there might be a compatibility issue between them. Make sure that the RAM sticks are fully seated in the slot otherwise it will not work properly.
