Motherboard Temps: What do they all mean and what is the maximum temp?

Whenever I'm checking my temps on HWMonitor, I often just minimize the whole Motherboard readings. Is this a good idea? Do the motherboard temps matter, if the CPU is not getting super hot? I just looked at the temps for everything to compare, and the temps for my motherboard do seem fairly high.. Below are those temps, all max temps were under fairly decent load.

TZ00 - Constant 28C
TZ01 - Constant 30C
SYSTIN - 23C Min, 64C Max
CPUTIN - 27C Min, 43C Max
TMPIN3 - 23C Min, 65C Max

Both the SYSTIN & TMPIN3 seem fairly high... I would assume that wherever they are, they should be able to take some kind of heat, given that they are on the motherboard (attached to both the GPU and CPU in some way), however I'm no expert. I've searched around and have found something saying kind of what these things are, however not really at all what the max temp for them is. Below I have also included the CPU/GPU temps and my specs.

(CPU Min temp taken from lowest minimum temp, Max temp taken from highest maximum temp across all cores)
CPU - 17C Min (ambient = about 22C?), 69C Max
GPU - 36C Min, 73C Max (seems kind of high also... i wouldn't know though, maybe GPU temps are supposed to be around this?)

CPU: Intel i7 6700k @ 4.2 GHz
CPU COOLER: Coolermaster Seidon 120v (Not very great... however it works?)
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 980
MOBO: ASUS Z170-E

Solution
Please note that the readings done by softwares like HWMonitor are not 100% accurate. Also, the spot where your case seats might influence this. IMO your temps are in the normal range, nothing to worry about there.
