Question Motherboard white line

I have a Gigabyte b450 gaming X and I was wondering what could be this white line around one of the holes for stand offs near the ram ? ( yeah the hole is not in use beacuse my case does not have a space for that one specific hole) https://postimg.cc/rDVpb90s

A guess is it's a drizzle of white ink from the silkscreen process that puts markings on the PWB. Insignificant.

It looks like paint or adhesive from sloppy manufacturing.

I think chances are that it will last as long as any other motherboard of that model.

Ended up trying to clean with IPA , and now is not there
