Go to your Control Panel > System > Hardware tab > and click on the "Device Manager" button.
In the Device Manager window, find the item or items labeled "Universal Serial Bus controllers." Open it, and double-click the first item called "USB Root Hub."
In the USB Root Hub Properties dialog, click on the "Power Management" tab.
"Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is checked by default. Uncheck this box, and click "OK."

Hope it works, because it worked for me

I've had the same problem it's only when I removed my mouse mat, yes my mouse mat I found the problem I don't know why but try it...

Incredibly, this is working for me so far. It's been driving me up the damn wall for months, and it's been really screwing up my games in Overwatch. I had NEVER thought of something like a mouse mat. Fingers crossed it's a long term solution because I've been going through hell with this problem. Thanks for posting it

Your welcome, crazy I know
