HI!

I have a Logitech Mx700 optical-wireless mouse. My problems is that while I working with it, the pointer runs as fast as I set up and sometimes does not. For example, if I am working with IE works OK, but when I am at the desktop goes slower. Why? I hope you could help me.

Regards.

P.S.: I have installed the latest software from Logitech.

Is it plugged in via the ps2 port or usb? try changing
it, also try deleting the device in the device manager
and reinstalling it.

It is plugged via PS2, I will try to change to USB. What's better? I'll try first to reinstall it. Anyway, thank you for your help.

USB is always going to be better than PS/2 as it is plug and play as
well as has a faster throughput 😉
