Mouse freezes for a few seconds

Hello, I just bought a new pc and i ve been having this annoying problem since the first minute. Every now and then my mouse freezes for a few seconds, then it starts moving again to the direction it would have gone before the freeze. I read similar problems on this site and none of the answers could help me. I used the mouse on a different computer and it works fine. Also, i ve noticed that when the freeze occurs, my camera and keybord also freeze (both connected to a usb 3.0 port, same as the mouse). I brought up task manager to see what proccedure uses the cpu when the freeze occurs and none of them do during the freeze out. This is very frustrating, especially on a new computer, so any quick response would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I should also mention that during the freeze, computer keeps running fine (music or games). It is just the mouse, the keybord and camera that freeze. I tried disconnecting all other devises from usb ports and leaving just the mouse. Same problem.
