Hey guys, just created an account now to ask this because I'm getting desperate. I've searched for similar issues as mine, but with no luck, or no answers.
This issue started happening less than a week ago. My mouse will suddenly disconnect (but the led's will stay on) and then a few seconds later my internet will cut out (it has that little '!' symbol over the bars). I will always have a constant 4 or 5 bar connection when this occurs. As I said, my mouses led's will stay lit, but my cursor will be unable to move. Another symptom includes some cracking sound in my headphones a few seconds before my mouse or internet disconnects.
Things I've tried:
I have tried a different mouse on the same PC, and the issue doesn't seem to occur.
I have tried reinstalling/repairing the mouse drivers, this seemed to fix it but only for a short time.
At this time I'm not sure if my mouse is causing the internet issues, or if my internet is causing my mouse issues, or if these 2 problems are total coincidences. I'm not sure how either of these things could effect each other, but then again I know nothing about the hardware/software stuffs for mice.
Specs:
OS: Windows 7
Mouse: Ttesports THERON Gaming Mouse PN:TRN006DT
Lemme know if you need anymore information.
Cheers.
